Day by Day
From the lion country of the Maasai Mara to a private pool villa in the Seychelles — here is how your days unfold.
Day 1
Met at Jomo Kenyatta International and transferred to a tranquil garden hotel. Settle in, enjoy a quiet first dinner and sleep off the journey — your honeymoon begins.
Day 2
A leisurely breakfast, then a light-aircraft flight over the Great Rift Valley to the Mara Triangle. Settle into your forest-shaded suite at Bateleur, cool off in your private plunge pool, and head out on your first game drive at golden hour.
Day 3
Rise before dawn for an optional hot air balloon safari, drifting above waking herds, then toast with a champagne bush breakfast. A lazy midday at camp, then an evening drive in search of the Mara Triangle’s famous lion prides.
Day 4
A full day in the Mara — track big cats on a morning drive, then a warm visit with the local Maasai community. In the late afternoon, a guided bush walk with your guide brings the savanna to eye level, before dinner under the stars.
Day 5
Your last full day in the wild, at your own pace — one more drive, time at your plunge pool, and after dark a night drive for nocturnal hunters. Tonight, a private candlelit dinner under the Mara sky, just for you both.
Day 6
After a final sunrise drive, you fly back to Nairobi for a comfortable overnight, ready for tomorrow’s island flight. A relaxed evening and a good night’s rest before paradise.
Day 7
This morning you fly onward to the Seychelles, landing on Mahé amid turquoise seas and granite peaks. Your villa host welcomes you to your secluded private pool villa, and the afternoon is yours — a swim, a spa treatment, and dinner as the sun sets over the ocean.
Days 8 – 11
Four days to do exactly as you please. Snorkel the coral reefs, laze by your private pool, surrender to a couples’ ritual at the hilltop spa, kayak the bay, or simply let your villa host spoil you. Each evening, a champagne sundowner and candlelit dinner on the sand.
Day 12
A final, slow day in paradise — a long swim, a lazy lunch, a last snorkel or spa treatment. As evening falls, a farewell champagne sundowner and a special private dinner on the beach to close your honeymoon.
Day 13
A relaxed final morning by the sea before your transfer to Mahé airport and your onward international flight — the Mara in your memory, the ocean on your skin, and a marriage begun exactly as it should.
